Everyone has a cell phone these days, so everyone is texting all the time. People should be used to it by now. But they are not. I agree not paying attention to something more important than texting is very dangerous. Texting itself is not dangerous. Why do people thing the actual act of texting is dangerous?
Not paying attention to something more important than texting is very dangerous. If you are behind the wheel of a vehicle texting is not okay. Driving is way more important that what is going on on your phone. When some people are behind the wheel they think texting is perfectly okay, next thing they know, they're in the hospital with permanent injuries. They now have life long struggles over something that could have very easily been avoided if they would have just left the phone in their pocket. But it was not, it happens every day.
The actual act of texting is not dangerous at all. If you're just walking around the mall or something with your friends, texting is fine. It's when you're doing pointless things and texting that it can't hurt you. I don't like how the author of this article makes texting out to be so awful. In (http://www.digitaltrends.com/mobile/woman-falls-off-cliff-while-texting/?src=Outbrain ) it was talking about a woman falling off of a cliff while she was looking down at her phone. Just looking down at her phone while she was on the cliff is fine, she just lost her footing. It was an accident, accidents happen.
I don't understand why people think that texting is dangerous. Stupid people do stupid things at the wrong time. A lot of those times people have their phone in their hand and are more concerned with what the Facebook world has to say. That doesn't mean that texting can actually hurt somebody though. People need to understand this.
When you're doing something that requires lots of attention and concentration you should not be texting. But texting is not dangerous when you're not driving or doing something stupid like that. I will never understand people who think texting is dangerous. It's not texting, its not paying enough attention to the more important thing.

Honey Boo Boo VS Abby Lee Miller
TLC has a hit new show, "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo" the show follows a redneck family from
Georgia around all day and shows you their redneck adventures. Honey Boo Boo might be different
and gross, but she is a person just like everyone else. Honey Boo Boo does need to drop a few pounds,
and get into shape. People who are more overweight than her should not be telling her to get into
shape.
Honey Boo Boo comes from a very different and strange family. Even though she is odd, she is a
person just like everybody else and does not deserve to be made fun of. Everyone is making fun of the
show and family from a small town in Georgia. They are all talking about how gross they are and their
accents. That is very rude and just because they are different does not mean they are any less of a
person.
Even though Honey Boo Boo is just a normal person, she does need to drop a couple of pounds, for
her own health. So many children in our nation are very overweight and unhealthy. If she is going to
be on national TV, someone somewhere will be looking up to her. If these people are looking up to
Honey Boo Boo that is their own problem. But she still needs to lose weight so other children will not
think it is okay to be overweight.
Honey Boo Boo does need to shed some weight, but there is a right and wrong way to go about
saying it. Abby Lee Miller from Lifetimes hit show "Dance Moms" said in an interview (
http://www.tmz.com/2012/09/27/dance-moms-abby-lee-miller-honey-boo-boo-video/ ) that she thought
Honey Boo Boo needed to "get in shape" and that she needed to "get some training" Abby Lee is very
overweight herself and the country is looking up to her just as much as Honey Boo Boo, if not more.
She does not need to be criticizing other people before herself. She is very overweight and needs to
take that into consideration before she judges a 7 year old the next time.
Honey Boo Boo is a normal little girl who is from a small Georgia town. She needs to shed a
couple pounds, but overweight people do not need to tell her to do so, like Abby Lee Miller.
